Started using Left hand (non dominant) hand to paint and sketch.
The amazing backstory is that in the reception year of school a teacher noticed I used both hands to draw and sketch and cut out things with the blunt childproof scissors. "She said
oh you are left handed?" I recall looking at her and then saying. "What is the hand you are meant to use?" to which she replied. "Well your life will be easier if you use your right hand to write, but up to you?" So as soon as I heard the words easier I switched to permanently using my right hand to write and draw and do everything. Even though left hand felt more natural. Anyway later in life re-learning and the mental struggle of using the left hand has been benificial as it slows your brain down and the magical outcomes of mindfulness. Plus having the neck muscles straighten out from years of over compensation to the right. Plus the weird rush of feeling your brain rewire. In addition when performing simple tasks around the house the left hand is no longer a fear based use of the body but a handy tool. Here are some of my sketches that I first did in pencil left handed then traced with pen left handed.
Some of them are pen and wash. So yeh enjoy the evolution of the left hand will be doing more and posting them as they go.
